Make Reading a "Hobbit" at the Manor ISD Literacy Event!

 

Join Manor ISD at the Manor High School cafeteria on Thursday, May 21 from 6- 8 p.m. for the Make Reading a "Hobbit" literacy event! While the event is literacy focused, over 7 Manor ISD departments and local businesses will be contributing and offering a wide variety of activities including cooking demonstrations, wellness activities and information sessions regarding summer learning programs!



In addition, there will be free food, childcare, literacy gifts, books and amazing literacy sessions as well as technology tools available! This event is for all Manor ISD incoming 6th - 12th grade students and parents. Students are encouraged to bring iPads or electronic devices. In addition, high school students who owe attendance hours can attend to be awarded 5 hours.  Click here to see a sneak peak of the event!
